Lucozade Ribena Suntory are seeking alternative materials, technologies, processes to eliminate, replace or reduce the non-recyclable plastic used to wrap pallets (tertiary packaging). We welcome early-stage ideas or mature solutions to improve the sustainability or reduce the environmental impact of pallet wrap.
Currently, Lucazade Ribena Suntory (LRS) wraps each pallet around 25+ times with a non-recycleable plastic before it is shipped. This uses a significant amount of non-recycleable plastic.
