We tried to submit an answer to an open need today. After several trials it seemed to work, but the submission does not show up in the control center. Could you please confirm the submission, or tell us what went wrong?

Lars,

Looking over your account, I'm afraid that I don't see a submission from you. Please send an email to the Provider Help Desk (phd@ninesigma.com) with additional information:

  • The project name or identification number
  • The name or email address of the person who submitted the proposal (if other than you)

Alternatively, if you've prepared your response offline (in a Word doc, for example), you could log back into your account, append your document via the Attachments button (located at the bottom of the response form) and simply enter "See Attached" in the online text boxes.
