I received notice of draft acceptance with notice to update or complete 'profile' in order to submit proposal. Each time I complete my profile, save and submit, I     receive  continued, identical notifications that profile is incomplete. How can I update profile to complete submission of proposal for GC3300232?

same happened with me I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE  REASON FOR THAT ANY INFORMATION TO BE COMPLETED ?
MY PROFILE IS COMPLETED AND YOU ARE NOT REFER WHAT IS THE MISSING INFORMATION YOU WANT ? PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

Aiman,

Your profile was considered incomplete due to a missing postal code. As your country does not use postal codes, I've updated your profile with a period in that field. You should now be able to submit your proposal.

Thank you when i went to my idea and  i couldnot able to update it and resubmit but now this option is removed can you advise please ?

if it has been submitted in the system  please send to me confemation for that
